After reaching her breaking point nearly a decade ago—as an overworked, seriously broken single-parent, struggling with anxiety and ADHD—she flipped her entire world upside down. She knew she was capable of so much more, for herself and her two young daughters. She let go of everything that no longer served her—her job, relationships, and self-sabotaging habits—diving head-first into a research-driven mission to rewire her mind and redefine her life.
She went back to school—while continuing her personal research in longevity and performance—performed beyond her own expectations, graduated at the top of her class, and slowed her biological aging. Armed with powerful tools and motivation, she went on to receive her Master's in Leadership & Management (summa cum laude), was awarded for her leadership and peer impact, and was inducted into an honors society representing the top 5% of business programs globally. Alongside this, she began developing Our Conscious Collective and her integrative approach to high-performance lifestyle design—rooted in everything she lived, researched, and tested to get there.
Throughout this time—and to date—she manages family life, is actively involved with her daughters and volunteer work, maintains her highest level of physical and mental fitness, and perseveres through innumerable challenges as an entrepreneur—light years from where she began. She continually pursues enrichment to support her dynamic approach, and has gone on to receive certifications in neuroscience coaching, nutrition coaching, and personal training.
Along this journey, she's created, tested, and refined her methods, products, and offerings, allowing her to cultivate a unique, intuitive, systems-approach with one core mission: tohelp ambitious professionals live in alignment, elevate performance, and truly thrive—in health, career, and life—without burnout.
