Q. HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Q. IS THIS PRIVATE OR GROUP COACHING?
A. This is a hybrid program with both small group and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Q. DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL LIVE COACHING?
A. There will be a couple of sessions during the first week where you are required to attend in order to establish a solid foundation. There will be an option to attend morning or evening sessions to accommodate different schedules. You are highly encouraged to attend as many live coaching sessions as possible; however, you will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance and watch playbacks, and use on-demand tools as needed.
Q. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY 'PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS' AND 'WORKING WITH OUR PHYSIOLOGY'?
A. The health of our bodies and minds recipricollay impact one another and both directly and indirectly affect every single area of our lives—from our professional performance and energy levels, to our ability to manage our emotions, stress, and relationships. Therefore, to be effective in the short and long-term, we must begin by identifying and filling your personal physiological needs gaps. This allows you to establish a solid foundation for continual high-performance and growth through aligned wellness. Likewise, we get to the core of your passions and purpose to truly clarify your goals and align actions accordingly. These strategies allow you to work smarter not harder, by boosting neurochemical processes and intrinsic motivation, making goal achievement feel easier and fulfilling while amplifying neuroplasticity.
Q. THIS SOUNDS LIKE IT MIGHT BE A LOT OF WORK. HOW MANY HOURS A WEEK SHOULD I EXPECT TO DEDICATE TO PROGRAM ACTIVITIES?
A. This depends on your starting point and how quickly you want to make progress. Our program is about progress over perfection ALWAYS, so it's less about the length of time as it is about day-to-day consistency. With that said, the first week will require the greatest time commitment (roughly 30min-1hr/day) because we are planning and learning new techniques. This will taper down after the first few weeks as you settle into your upgraded routines. Think of it like this: you're investing time in both your present and future self—a temporary and highly fulfilling commitment for lifelong wellbeing and growth.
Q. WHAT IF I AM NOT GETTING THE RESULTS THAT I WANT? CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
A. If you follow all program processes and recommendations, attend all coaching sessions, and stay actively engaged in your 1:1 coaching sessions (asking questions, raising concerns, and following recommendations), and you still do not make progress after the FULL 12 weeks, you may submit a refund request at that time. This is a very UNLIKELY scenario.
Q. WHAT IF I START THE PROGRAM BUT CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
A. No refunds will be issued once you have started the program. After candidates are selected, you are thoroughly informed of program details, at which point you can ask questions and choose to make your official commitment to the program.
